We make our bread the old-fashioned way, from-scratch, kneading and shaping each loaf by hand. Our loaves are big and hearty - over two pounds of dough each - and perfect for toasting, sandwiches or eating as is! 

Choose from our oatmeal breads (Honey Oat - made with Maine wildflower honey and Maple Oat - made with Maine maple syrup), our classic New England Anadama, wheat breads (Honey Wheat, Abenaki and Six Grain), our savory Tomato Herb, and our perfect-for-toasting-and-slathering-in-butter English Muffin Bread.
